Located on the hills over the
centre of Menaggio, CO.RI. offers self-catering accomodations with Free WiFi and independent access from the free parking.
Lake Como is a 5 minutes drive away, 25 minutes on foot.
The apartments in the main building over the restaurant are complete with balcony, dining area, private wc, Satellite TV and kitchenette. They offer lake view.
There is a Restaurant/Pizzeria at the ground floor of the main building, serving lunch and dinner, with take-away options.
One apartment is located in the annex-dependance in a private house, 300 m away, without lake view but with a small private garden and private parking.

The images recorded through the use of video surveillance systems will be kept exclusively by the surveillance staff and will be deleted within 24 hours following the detection;
The cameras will not film places reserved exclusively for your person but only places for common use;
The processing of personal data will take place in compliance with the fundamental rights and freedoms of citizens and the dignity of persons with particular reference to confidentiality, identity and the protection of personal data.
The images collected will not be disseminated, sold or exchanged with third parties, except for use in the event of crimes perpetrated against the person and the property.
